FUN -- WHY NAME THIS PAGE FUN?
Why? We did not want you to miss out on Urbana Yoke Parish having fun. We do have fun during Worship, Sunday School, and all those formal activities, but this section is for special events: Halloween, Ugly Sweaters, Special Events, and Whatever-did-not-fit-anywhere-else.
Please enjoy the pictures, of our congregation, as they get out of their comfort zone, as they enjoy life, and as they get caught unaware by the ever present phone or camera.

Please enjoy this video which points out that our farmers know the value of a strong FAITH. Who else would put a seed in the dirt and trust that it would provide for their FAMILY? Each person interviewed grew up FARMING and they hope the next generation will carry on that tradition.

OPENING ST. PETER'S TIME CAPSULE
As St. Peter's Church was taken down, the rumor of a time capsule began. Was there one? Yes! What was in it? Did the item(s) stand the test of time? Watch the video and see. (The videos were shot at the last minute, so apologies for the sound quality.)
HALLOWEEN 2019
From the Urbana and surrounding community, they came to the 2019 UYP Trunk and Treat! We had decorated cars, chili, hot dogs, donuts, games, candy and more candy. Thank you to all the church members who worked, supplied candy, or came to enjoy the evening. Thank you to all the parents for bringing your kids and enjoying the evening with them. We also hope you will join us in worship. (We have fun there too!)
Halloween 2018
Urbana, Indiana is a small town. Very small! Being small means the kids do not have an over abundance of doors to knock on for trick or treat. Having a few members of the congregation who are blessed with over-active imaginations, cars, hot chocolate, and hot dogs, we turned our grassy area into a trunk or treat.
